74系列机床

74系列机床采用立柱布局工作台拖板移动形式。磨头垂直进给、工作台拖板纵向移动和工作台旋转运动均为滑动导轨结构机械传动，磨头垂直升降由滚珠丝杠交流电机驱动并有机动进给和零位停止装置，磨头功率大生产效率高。

本系列机床过用于工具、汽车、拖拉机、轴承等行业成批大量生产加工大型锯片、轴承套、活塞环等环形工件。

Series 74 machines in structure, the vertical column are the mainstay for the mevemont of the table and the saddle, vertical feed machanism of the head, lengthwise of table’s saddle and rotation of table are sliding guideways and driven through mechanism, vertical head up-Down driven through ball screw by A.C. motor, it the able to auto-feel and Zero-stop; with powerful and a high productivity.

These machines are suitable for machining large saw dishes, bearing sleeve, piston rings in the industries of automobiles, tractors, bearings and tools, for production in big lots.
